Exhibitors Terms and Conditions

 

  •  A non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
  • Please provide a full description of goods and services on the booking form. Only goods /services provided on the booking form are permitted.
  • Confirmation of booking will be sent along with further event details after your deposit has been received.
  • Stalls are to be set up and ready 30 minutes before the event opens. Stalls are not to be packed away until the event is closed to the public for health and safety reasons.
  • Speakers and Workshop facilitators must provide their own equipment as required unless otherwise agreed in writing from the event organiser.
  • Speakers and Workshop facilitators must arrive 5 minutes before their slot and finish promptly at the end.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own personal public liability/indemnity insurance. By signing the booking form you are confirming that you  have the necessary insurance to cover your trade or profession during the event. We advise you to have a copy with you at all times.
  • The Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods, equipment, vehicles or persons whilst at the event. Please insure that you have the necessary insurance in place to safeguard yourself and your business at all times.
  • If you require electricity, a valid PAT certificate (or receipt if the appliance is under one year old), must be provided to the event organiser before the event. Electrical points may be limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
  • Any cancellation refunds are less the deposit paid. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than one month before the event.
  • All rubbish must be cleared from your stall area at the end of the event.
