FAQ’s for Exhibitors

  • Q – Can I store containers and boxes onsite?

    A – For health and safety reasons, only boxes that can be stored under the table or safely behind the stand (if there is no public access) should be kept onsite.

  • Q – Will I receive any posters or flyers to distribute?

    A – We’d love you to help advertise the show so that it’s a roaring success! If you are able to distribute any posters or flyers, please contact us so that we can send marketing material to you.

  • Q – When do I receive the full exhibitor pack?

    A – This will be sent out to you via email 4 weeks prior to the show taking place. All forms and proof of insurance can be returned either online of by post.

  • Q – Do I need to get an exhibitor badge made up for all staff members working on the stand?

    A – Yes – all staff working on your stand will require an exhibitor badge.  This allows them entry into the festival and looks professional on your stand.

  • Q – When will I be able to set up my stand?

    A – You will be able to gain entry at least 2 hours before the show opens. Full details will be sent in the exhibitors pack.

  • Q – Is there a power point on my stand?

    A – If you requested an electric supply, this will be available to you (Some events may have limited electric points, availability to you will be confirmed at the time of your booking)Please ensure that you do not overload the power points. Please note, any electrical items used MUST be PAT tested.

  • Q – Can people come and help me during the move in and move out?

    A – Yes, but please note that no children should be present for health and safety reasons.

  • Q – Is there parking nearby?

    A – Yes. There is parking near all our show venues. Full details will be sent in the exhibitor packs.

  • Q – Is there a discount if I do more than one show?

    A – Discount is available to exhibitors who book at more than one show within same year and also when they re-book within one month of the show that they’ve exhibited in.

  • Q – What is the eDirectory?

    A – The eDirectory is an online directory of all exhibitors in the Show. Every exhibitor at the show is given a listing and whereby visitors can find their contact details, company description, website links, images and details of any show offers.
