Donna is Vegan and an ambassador for animals. She is also Regional Vice President with Arbonne. With a background in the Corporate world, she’s seen how burnout and uninspired people can be, so she is passionate about helping people to live healthier lives physically, and spiritually to live life on purpose.

How to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle – Gabriella Lerner… founder of Radiant on Raw and author of Food Heroes.

In her talk, Gabriela will illustrate how a shift in consciousness can help us make a clear choice towards health and from there act with integrity to create a life filled with health, happiness and inner abundance. She will give some simple techniques that help us stay focussed on our goals every day and will show a way forward to a life that goes beyond ‘lack of illness’ to a life filled with joy and love.

Transformation with the Soul Whisperer – Tony Mills

An introduction to Energetic Wisdom with Soul Whisperer, Tony Mills who will demonstrate his fast track methods to health and well-being.

Through dowsing and kinesiology, Tony is able to communicate with the clients’ Higher Self and find the actual emotion which is causing the imbalance. Then, using the Living Lens, which is a sacred geometric device which Tony channelled from Higher Source, the system can be harmonised. Tony will also be channelling energy through from his Indian Chief Spirit Guide and experiencing Tony at work can be very moving.

When we repress emotions, because they are too painful or overwhelming to us, they still function within, as crystallised energy and can affect every aspect of our lives. These emotions, when not addressed, can also lead to physical dis-ease and dis-comfort. It is the repression and denial of the feelings that gives them their power.

Using Energetic Wisdom techniques, a return to balance is often quickly achieved, without the need for psychoanalysing, making it one of the quickest and easiest forms of therapy around today.

Tony can help clients with a wide range of imbalances and has assisted many clients with the following:

Magdalena is a singer-songwriter and a teacher of Shakti dance- the yoga of dance, sharing her music and inspirations. She has published her first album “Beauty & Power” in 2015 and this year her new album “Love & Light” will be ready. Her soulful, melodic, authentic songs are rooted in many styles, from folk to jazz, from spirituals to mantras. She sings and plays the piano, the hammered dulcimer, the drums or the guitar, creating an eclectic, soulful vibes.

Nadia’s mission is to help people become more aware of their body and it’s alarm signals and how easy it can be to self-heal. Her method is based on our primordial and natural way of moving from inside out, activating the natural fluids in our body and the energy flow within our internal organs and their connected meridians.

This workshop is designed to give you 5 fast and effective techniques to ensure you can STOP panic and stay calm in any situation. You will learn to control the breath, relax the body, create positive visions, access calm and control your thoughts all in 45 minutes!

So if you have ever felt like your body, mind or emotions was controlling you rather than you controlling them this is a chance to take back control.

Building resilience – Nicola Arnold

In this modern fast paced world building resilience is a great way of helping us cope with life’s little challenges. Fostering a positive culture within the work environment can support reduction of stress, promote physical and mental wellbeing and encourage building relationships within teams.

Prioritising self care practices can act as an antidote to stress, and can build up our defences and ability to navigate our work sustainably, thus building our resilience.

Research also suggests that motivated staff who feel valued provide more productivity in the workplace. When an organisation focuses on strengths, employee engagement can increase from a range of 9% to 73% (Rath and Conchie, 2008). Departments that support their teams to use their strengths have: 38% higher probability of greater productivity and 44% higher probability of customer loyalty and employee retention (Harter et al, 2002).

This interactive session takes you through four techniques to help build resilience.

Kerry Pocock owns ‘Make a Space’ and she works with individuals to declutter their homes, works environments and minds and focus what they what to achieve and facilitates the processes of change and to let go of attachments to belongings that no longer serve a purpose.
She brings together her background as a project manager and change maker along with her skills as qualified life coach to create a gentle, yet motivating service to help those feeling stuck in their lives to make the change they want. She lives the with her two young children in Poole, Dorset and loves being by the sea.

Eden Energy Medicine – Dilys Ross

Eden Energy Medicine ( EEM) directly influences the energy fields of the body and includes techniques from Chinese Acupressure and Kinesiology. It was devised by Donna Eden a pioneer in holistic medicine. My talk will be a great opportunity to learn some of the many EEM self-care” tools” you can use to optimise your health and vitality as well as helping your family and friends to do the same! Plus the exercises are great fun to do!
